After taking his initial steps at companies like L’Oréal and IBM, he quickly transitioned to the real estate sector. Since then, Wietse has gained extensive experience in Utrecht’s dynamic housing market. Thanks to his numerous successful purchases, he is regarded as one of the most experienced buying agents in Utrecht at the moment.

Wietse also resides in Utrecht. After a period of living in the Vogelenbuurt, he now calls Tuindorp home, where he lives with his partner Emma and their children, Willem and Pien. Tuindorp is a beautiful neighborhood full of character, conveniently located near the city center and close to the Aankoopmakelaar Utrecht office. Therefore, he often commutes to work by bicycle. Menno Grandia is the founder of Aankoopmakelaar Utrecht and has been working in the real estate industry for over 20 years.

Menno is a highly experienced buying agent who specialized in Utrecht and its surroundings in 2014. In the early years of his career, Menno also held various other positions in the real estate industry, ranging from buying agent to selling agent and appraiser. However, the role of a buying agent proved to be the best fit for his no-nonsense personality.

Additionally, he is an expert in the luxury and rural segments of the Utrecht region and the central Netherlands. Kirsten was born and raised in the vicinity of Utrecht and has considered the city her second home since her early years. Nowadays, she resides in the charming Wittevrouwen neighborhood, with a magnificent view of the idyllic Griftpark.

After completing her education in Pedagogy, with a minor in sports psychology, Kirsten came to the conclusion that this field of work didn’t quite meet her expectations. She craved more dynamism. This led to the decision to transition to the real estate sector, a choice she has never regretted.

In early 2021, Kirsten made the move to Aankoopmakelaar Utrecht. Thanks to her prior experience and the knowledge she has gained, she is proficient in all aspects of the real estate profession. The enthusiastic team and the dynamics of the buying process make her work challenging and enjoyable every day.
