What are the fees of a buying agent?

It’s not just our way of working that is transparent: our rates are as well! The lower the purchase value of the house becomes, the more profit you will have. Your interest is our interest!

Our services are NO CURE NO PAY. You only pay the usual brokerage commission when you’ve purchased a property.

The brokerage commission depends on the value of a property. However, we do have a pre-set calculation for this brokerage commission. This calculation consists of a starting price and a procentual raise which is calculated from the difference between asking price and buying price, plus 21 % vat.

A starting price of: € 1.950,- + a brokerage commission of 10% of the difference between asking price and purchase price + 21% VAT. The minimum brokerage commission for this price range is: € 2.950,- incl. VAT

A starting price of: € 2.350,- + a brokerage commission of 10% of the difference between asking price and purchase price + 21% VAT. The minimum brokerage commission for this price range is: € 3.350,- incl. VAT

A starting price of: € 2.750,- + a brokerage commission of 10% of the difference between asking price and purchase price + 21% VAT. The minimum brokerage commission for this price range is: € 3.750,- incl. VAT

A starting price of: € 3.950,- + a brokerage commission of 10% of the difference between asking price and purchase price + 21% VAT. The minimum brokerage commission for this price range is: € 4.950,- incl. VAT

A starting price of: € 4.500,- + a brokerage commission of 10% of the difference between asking price and purchase price + 21% VAT. The minimum brokerage commission for this price range is: € 6.900,- incl. VAT
