What are the fees of a buying agent?

It’s not just our way of working that is transparent: our rates are as well! The lower the purchase value of the house becomes, the more profit you will have. Your interest is our interest!

We charge € 350,- in advance for initial costs. After that, the services of de-aankoper will be set in motion. NO CURE NO PAY. You only pay the usual brokerage commission when you’ve purchased a property.

The brokerage commission depends on the value of a property. However, we do have a pre-set calculation for this brokerage commission. This calculation consists of a starting price and a procentual raise which is calculated from the difference between asking price and buying price, plus 21 % vat.

A starting price of: € 1.750,- + a brokerage commission of 10% of the difference between asking price and purchase price + 21% VAT. The minimum brokerage commission for this price range is: € 2.750,- incl. VAT

A starting price of: € 1.950,- + a brokerage commission of 10% of the difference between asking price and purchase price + 21% VAT. The minimum brokerage commission for this price range is: € 2.950,- incl. VAT

A starting price of: € 2.350,- + a brokerage commission of 10% of the difference between asking price and purchase price + 21% VAT. The minimum brokerage commission for this price range is: € 3.350,- incl. VAT

A starting price of: € 2.950,- + a brokerage commission of 10% of the difference between asking price and purchase price + 21% VAT. The minimum brokerage commission for this price range is: € 4.500,- incl. VAT

A starting price of: € 4.500,- + a brokerage commission of 10% of the difference between asking price and purchase price + 21% VAT. The minimum brokerage commission for this price range is: € 6.900,- incl. VAT
