What does your buyer’s agent charge?

Thanks to the public rates and our transparent approach, you know in advance exactly what to expect. We operate on a NO CURE NO PAY basis, where the usual commission is only charged upon the purchase of a property.

We apply a fixed commission for each price range, plus a percentage of 10% on the negotiation result (only if the price is negotiated downward).
